Teddy Sheringham

Teddy's career started at Millwall in the 1980s, where he made more than 200 appearances, scoring almost 100 goals.

That form secured him a move to Nottingham Forest in 1991 where he won the Full Members Cup at Wembley.

After more than 150 appearances for Tottenham between 1992 and 1997, Teddy joined Manchester United where he won every major honour in the domestic and European game, including the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League treble in 1999.

In the Champions League final against Bayern Munich, he was part of the United team that came from 1-0 down to win 2-1 by scoring twice in second-half stoppage time, with Teddy bagging the equalising goal.

Teddy returned to Tottenham in 2001, before joining Harry Redknapp at Portsmouth in 2003 and West Ham in 2004. After a season with Colchester United, Teddy retired in 2008.

His career also included 51 caps for England, where he starred in Euro 96 alongside strike partner Alan Shearer as England made the semi-finals on home soil.
